Hi everyone!

Fulfillment for Titans has completed! It took awhile, but everything has been sent. Thanks to the fine people at Keen Hong Enterprises.

Reship List

Unfortunately, there are still backers that have not received their shipment. My apologies for the long wait. Many of you have commented and messaged me with your missing packages. I have put you all on my RESHIP list and will wait until the end of the month (August) to ship them just to make sure they don't arrive.

If you have not received your reward in the mail, please message me (NOT COMMENT) through Kickstarter. By messaging me I can better process your request and not have any chance of losing it.

Deck Replacements

A few of you have messaged me regarding either a missing Titans Black Deck or a Titans Blue deck. There are always learning experiences that come with every Kickstarter project and this project is no different. I realized after production that the Black and the Blue paper for the tucks are too close in color. I will make sure in the future that the paper colors are much more distinct from one another.

Those of you who have messaged me about your missing decks, I am currently waiting on some shipping material and will ship your replacement deck at the beginning of next week. Sorry for the wait.

SHIPPING PROGRESS REPORT & Replacement decks coming

Shipping Progress Report

I just wanted to give you all a quick progress report on all of your shipments.

Shipping is going slowly :( There are still 204 backers that have not shipped. Thank you all for your patience. I am hoping this all finishes within the next couple of weeks.

The Standard Black and Blue Decks

There are some comments and messages of some of you who are receiving duplicates in your signature series. The deck colors came out much closer in color than I anticipated, so this is causing some to think they have duplicates. Please look closely to make sure they are not duplicates. The best way to tell is by opening the decks and checking the backs of the cards. The back colors are much more distinctive than the tucks.

There are a few that definitely have duplicates and for that I am sorry. Please send me a message with the deck that you need for replacement. For example, If you have two Black editions, please say, "1x STD Blue". Make sure you put the amount of decks you need to have replaced. 

I am putting everyone who needs a replacement deck for their Signature Series set on a list to ship here in the next couple of weeks. Hopefully, it should be to you by the end of July, if not sooner.

Shipping has Begun!

Finally, your rewards are ready to ship! I just got word that they are starting to ship everything and you should start receiving your pledges in the next couple of weeks. Hopefully by the end of June, most of you will have your rewards in hand!

I am truly sorry for how long this project has taken, it is not usual for it to take so long. I am working to make the process much shorter for next time. 

Speaking of which, have you checked out The Iron Horse? It's currently being funded on Kickstarter and has less than 3 hrs left. Here is a little of what it's about:

The Iron Horse premium playing cards has some of the most intricate details I've ever designed. This is a fully custom Illustrated deck of playing cards that has been painstakingly scrutinized on every level.

One of the most notable features of this project is that this deck is inspired by a short story written by my good friend Ricky Cassford. His ability to creatively tell an epic story is truly awe-inspiring.

Hopefully, I will be getting the word here in the next day or so that the cards are completed and we are getting ready to ship. You should start seeing your rewards by Mid-June.

There was one change that I had to make to the project that was unavoidable. The Blue numbered band, that was a stretch goal for the Deluxe rewards, will not be blue. It will be White with gold foil. I was also hoping to get them numbered, but that will not be done as well. The deck inside the Leather case will still be a numbered deck and it will still look stunning. Here is a pic of what it will look like:

I will send out another update as soon as I get word that the decks are ready to start shipping. 

Any Shipping Information Changes?

If you have any changes to your shipping information please get a message to me within the next 24 hours and I will make the change. I will be sending your shipping information to the warehouse in Taiwan by tomorrow at 12 MST.
